The "RSS Podcast" button located at the bottom of each site is used to create a "direct link" from your podcast site to your user's RSS software (ex. iTunes). Once the user has subscribed, everytime you update your podcast site with video/audio, your end-user has the option to download that directly to his/her computer.

This video tutorial demonstrates how to create a video podcast (.mp4) using Quicktime on a MAC and export to .mp4. This example will work both on a podcast site as well as allow the user to use the "RSS Podcast" button located at the bottom of the screen to use with iTunes and the Apple iPod.
